The new EPA rules state that anyone doing any renovation, repair painting that disturbs 6 square feet of interior surface area or 20 square feet on the exterior has to complete a approved certification course by April of 2010. I have been unable to find anyone giving the course in the area and am not certified at this point.Since no one is giving the course in the area at this time I will continue to try to get certified later but until I do we will have to abide by the rules above. So if your home does not need more than the above we can do it. If it needs more we can not at this time. If we are able to get certified this page will come down but until then I thank you for your understanding.
This ruleing does not effect you if you do your own sanding , scraping or repairs on your own home. The ruleling does not apply if the home is owned and lived in by the elderly and children are at the residents less than 6 hours a week total and less than 3 hours at a time.
