1920 Rosebrook Repaint
This 2257 sq. ft. townhouse is located at 1920 Rosebrook.
The last time I checked this home is for sale and is very nice. This could change at anytime. If you find it is not for sale please let me know and I will update this information.
These before photos do not show how rough the trim was. Paul and I sanded trim for 5 days just to get it read to spot prime and paint most if not all the trim was painted twice. We used about 40 sheets of sandpaper on the trim and hand sanded it all. We painted all the trim work ,some of the ceilings, and all the walls except for closets and laundry room . We finished this on September 16, 2009.

This whole house was painted white. Now it has two wall colors and one trim color.

The old top was granite tiles. They had a new solid granite counter top installed.

The trim was flat paint. It did not stand out. Now you can see the trim!

This is the HUGE upstairs bedroom. It has 4 closets. Wow one closet has its own closet!
