A few set prices
At Martin Brothers Painting, we strive to bring our customers the most professional paint job you will get anywhere . Since each job is unique, our pricing will vary for job to job. However, if you can find a better price get a detailed printed estimate from a licensed company, let us know. We'll try our best to beat it.
Typically, you will be supplying the paint and most job estimates do not include the cost of the paint! We can offer our professional advice as to which brand, quality, base and finish would be most appropriate, but as always the final choice is yours. We can also help you determine how much to purchase. We can pick up the paint for you but it needs to be prepaid and ready to go when we get to the store. There is a minimum charge of $15 to pick up paint that is ready. You can save money by picking it up yourself!

Set Prices as of 10/11/2011
- As of September 16, 2011 we have a minimum charge of $50 for the first hour then time will be charged at a lower rate of $35 in 1/4 hour increments unless we gave you a written quote. Please note this is for two people not one.
- Item Pick up charge will range from $20-$35 for paint or storm doors depending how long it takes.
- Standard* Storm Door Installation $110 for the first . The second installed at the same time $90.
- We can pick up of doors provided they must be prepaid. There will be a charge to do this of $30.
- Standard* Bi-Pass Shower Door Installation $75.
- Standard* Pivot shower door. $125
- Most Storm Door Removals with new door installation $25 each.
- Most Shower Door Removal with new door installation $45 each.
- We can haul off of the old door(s) for $25 each.
We do not have a set price for bookcase like seen in the photos but would be in the $19.50-$20.75 range per linear inch and 100% finished. Price includes all standard hardware needed for the bookcase 8 feet high with doors ,two lower shelves and three upper shelves. We use self closeing 4 way adjustable hinges, metal shelf standards , shelf clips poplar wood and 3/4 birch plywood and birch edge banding on lower plywood shelves.

We highly recommend the Pella storm door that comes in three boxes. The door is in one, the glass in one and the handle in the third. This is by far the best storm door I have installed and it can be purchased from Lowe's. It will run around $249 for the door. A cheap storm door may bind and not close properly and the cost to install is the same as a quality door or it could even cost you more!
* Standard means, We don not have any problems beyond our control installing the door It is in your best interest not to get a cheap door that we may have problems with.
** Estimate are free within 20 miles of the Northgate mall area.
We may ask for twenty cents a mile beyond that. So if it is 30 miles to your home there will be a small charge $4.00 to help offset the high gas prices.
